VISTA: At first glance, it shows a Deep ruby with violet hues, brilliant and clean, like a wine born gazing at the Rhône from high on the hill.

NOSE:  Pure Northern Rhône elegance: Violet, blackberry, blackcurrant, white pepper, black olive, graphite, dried herbs, and that characteristic smoky whisper of Syrah from granite soils.

BOCA:  The acidity is vibrant, the tannin is fine but present, and the texture is impeccable: it flows, stretches, and grows with every second.

TATAKI  The violet and white pepper of the wine embrace the toastiness of the tataki, and the fresh acidity cleanses the juiciness of the meat.

Entraña  The flank steak has fiber, flavor, and character – just what Syrah needs. The fine tannins accompany without hardening, and the dark fruit highlights the depth of the cut.

VACUUM  A flavorful cut that isn't excessively fatty. The wine respects it, supports it, and gives it elegance. The Syrah's natural pepperiness blends with the grilled flavor.

Tenderloin with Boletus Mushrooms  The Saint-Joseph has that earthy, mineral touch that pairs perfectly with porcini mushrooms. Everything integrates: the meat, the sauce, the Syrah.

PROVOLETA  The mild smokiness + melted cheese + pair with the fresh black fruit of the wine. A surprising and very gastronomic pairing.

RIBS TACOS  The acidity of the wine balances the richness of the rib, and the natural pepperiness of the Syrah enhances the spices in the recipe.

Domaine Gripa is one of those names that upholds the tradition of the Northern Rhône.

Its vineyards are located in impossible slopes of pure granite, where Syrah grows perched between dry-stone walls and historic terraces.

Each harvest is an act of balance: hand-picked bunches, on slopes so steep they seem to defy gravity.

Fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts, part with whole cluster, seeking to capture the floral, spicy, and vertical essence of Syrah.

The aging process takes place in used barrels and foudres, where the wine breathes slowly, unhurriedly, refining its edge without losing energy. There is no makeup here, nor an excess of wood, only fruit, stone, and time.

It's a wine that smells like a landscape. A Syrah that Don't shoutwhispers intensely.
