NOSE

Ripe red and black fruit —cherry, plum— accompanied by notes of blackberry, cocoa, and soft spices. Toasted nuances also appear, with an elegant finish provided by aging.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Mouth

Structured yet balanced. Rounded tannins, well-integrated acidity, and a full-bodied palate with good intensity. Persistent finish, with notes of ripe fruit and light toast.

A wine intended for grilled meats, intense dishes, and preparations with structure.

Black Angus steak

The intensity of the cut finds balance in the wine's structure, creating a classic and very gastronomic pairing.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Black Angus ribeye

The marbling and juiciness of the cut integrate perfectly with the wine's tannins.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

▫ Dry-aged beef rib steak

The wine's power accompanies the meat's maturation without losing elegance.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

T-Bone / Tomahawk

Large, powerful cuts that the wine firmly accompanies.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⭐  Oxtail

The syrupy texture of the dish is balanced by the wine's structure and character.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Oxtail cannelloni

More refined, but just as intense, with a good balance between wine and dish.

Cabernet Sauvignon – Maipo Valley, Chile

This Gran Reserva is born at the foothills of the Andes, in the Maipo Valley, where the combination of altitude, old soils, and Mediterranean climate gives rise to wines of great structure and elegance.

The vineyards are located in an area with strong Andean influence, with soils of colluvial origin, rich in stones and with excellent drainage. These conditions force the vine to deepen, generating more concentrated and complex grapes.

Winemaking is carried out with precision: controlled fermentation followed by barrel aging for approximately 12 months, combining French and American oak, which provides structure, complexity, and a well-integrated spicy profile.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

A Cabernet that balances power and elegance with the classic seal of Maipo.
