La Nymphina – Deep Inspiration Monastrell
From the heart of Yecla, The Nymphina It is born as a tribute to that inner spark that ignites a passion for wine: our muse, our nymph. She guides us on this sensory and emotional journey, inspiring us to discover the most authentic essence of dry-farmed Monastrell, in its purest and most charming form.
This wine, made by Trenza Wineries, represents the perfect balance between youth and complexity. Its fruity and vibrant character intertwines with layers of texture and depth that seduce the palate from the first sip.
The manual harvest, carried out at the optimal point of ripeness in October 2020, was followed by meticulous winemaking: cold maceration to enhance aromas, careful extraction of the must to intensify flavors, and fermentation with manual punch-downs that respect the natural expression of the grape. After spending 6 months in French oak barrels, the result is a Modern, expressive, and accessible Monastrell, ideal for those seeking authenticity and pleasure in every glass.
The Nymphina It's more than just wine: it's an invitation to indulge in inspiration and enjoyment.
