VISTA:  Gintense pomegranate, deep, with purplish hues at the edge that anticipate youth and vitality.

NOSE:  Fripe red and black roots (cherry, blackberry, plum), notes of candied pepper, a light, sweet caramel undertone

BOCA:  It surprises with its mix of solidity and freshness: smooth but present tannins, balanced structure, restrained acidity that maintains its pulse, and a persistent finish with fruit, spice, and a eco-mineral that recalls the calcareous soil where it was born.

Pork ribs  The wine's structure and power complement the intensity of the ribs; the ripe fruit balances the fat, and the tannins handle the richness.

VACUUM  Juicy, flavorful, but not as fatty as ribs: ideal for balancing this Mediterranean red.

TENDERLOIN WITH BOLETUS SAUCE  The ripe fruit and the vegetal notes of the wine harmonize with the earthy notes of the porcini mushroom; the structure of the wine complements the meat without overpowering it.

EMPANADAS  The intensity of the filling (meat, spices, sauces) finds friendship in the lively fruit and firm structure of the wine; perfect for sharing.

Grilled Vegetables  For those looking for a lighter red, this wine balances vegetal intensity with ripe fruit and controlled tannins.

“El Sentido de la Vida” is born on the colder, chalky slopes of Fuente-Álamo, in Jumilla, plots exposed to the north, at around 890–940 meters Above sea level, where the vine fights against the sun, stone, and drought to survive.

The Harvest is manual, with selection careful selection of clusters. Fermentation is spontaneous, in a mix of traditional wood-fired baked amphorae, open oak vats, and steel tanks, seeking to extract maximum authenticity from the terroir without artifice.

Then, the wine ages in clay amphorae and French oak fudres for 12 months . A patient aging that refines its structure, rounds out its tannins, and gives it the right depth to accompany hearty dishes.

The result is a red wine that carries the rigor of the landscape, the memory of each harvest, and the honesty of ancestral winemaking latent in every sip. A wine with history, stone, and soul.
