VIEW

Brilliant garnet red with violet reflections, medium-high intensity.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

NOSE

Vivid red fruit—strawberry, cherry—alongside fresh black fruit like blackberry. Clean, direct profile with a mineral, slightly saline finish.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Mouth

Juicy, agile, and structured. Vibrant acidity, firm but well-integrated tannins, and a fluid mid-weight palate.

A very gastronomic wine, designed for flavorful but not overly fatty dishes, where freshness creates balance.

Creole chorizo

Wine cleans grease and keeps things balanced.

This wine is born in the heart of the Granada Alpujarra, at an altitude of over 1,200 meters, where the vineyard thrives in extreme conditions.

The altitude and strong diurnal temperature range slow down ripening, allowing for the preservation of high natural acidity and a fresher expression of the fruit. The poor soils, with the presence of slate and quartzite, force the vine to root deeply, contributing mineral character and concentration.

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel aims to respect the origin as much as possible, without any embellishments.

There is no wood aging: everything is focused on preserving the purity of the fruit and the energy of the vineyard.

A wine that isn't built... it's interpreted from the landscape.
