VIEW

Deep, intense red color, with good concentration and brightness.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

NOSE

Aromatic, open, and expressive: raspberry, ripe red fruit, accompanied by soft herbal notes and a spicy finish.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Mouth

Voluminous and balanced. Present but round tannins, integrated acidity, and a medium palate with good weight. Long, vibrant, and very pleasant finish.

A wine designed for dishes with a certain structure but without excessive aggression, where balance and juiciness set the pace.

Grilled Octopus Leg

The wine accompanies the smoked foods without overpowering the dish.

This Cabernet Franc is born in Agrelo, a warm area of Luján de Cuyo allows for complete grape maturation, resulting in a rounder, more accessible profile within the varietal.

The production begins with a 4-day cold maceration, which allows for the extraction of primary colors and aromas without dragging harsh tannins, marking a more elegant than aggressive profile from the start.

fermentation is carried out in tanks stainless steel at controlled temperatures, which preserves aromatic purity and maintains the fruit's freshness.

Then comes a key aging process for understanding the wine: a combination of large French oak barrels (5,000 L) and concrete eggs (3,000 L) for 14 months.

The barrels provide a gentle micro-oxygenation, refining the structure without marking the wine with wood notes, while the concrete maintains tension and varietal expression.

A balance between technique and origin, where everything is designed so that the wine is complete... but easy to enjoy.
