The grapes come from Mendocino vineyards where the dry, sunny climate allows for complete maturation while maintaining good natural acidity. The harvest is carried out seeking balance, not over-ripeness.
Winemaking is respectful and minimally interventionist, with controlled fermentations and gentle extractions to prioritize fruit and fluidity. Aging, if any, is minimal or neutral, with the goal of not masking the varietal character.
