El Pelaverga “Speziale” is born in the small town of Verduno, one of the few areas where this native variety is kept alive. Vineyards located between 250 and 400 meters, on calcareous soils with a silty tendency, contribute finesse and character to the wine.  .

The harvest is done by hand in the second half of September, aiming for precise ripeness that preserves freshness and varietal expression.  .

Winemaking is delicate: fermentation in steel with short macerations of about 8 days, aiming to extract just enough to maintain lightness and elegance. Aging takes place in steel or cement tanks for a few months, with subsequent refinement in the bottle.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

A wine that's different, light in appearance... but profoundly expressive.
