Our family

At our restaurant, the art of fine dining merges with a passion for meat and wine. With over eight years of history, we’ve evolved from a traditional Argentine grill into a modern culinary space — where fire remains the soul of our kitchen, but now with an innovative vision.

Under the new direction of Alicia and Franco, we continue to honor our Argentine roots with premium cuts and exceptional wines, while also exploring new flavors and techniques—like our slow-cooked beef brioche. In addition, with a WSET Level 3 wine certification, Franco is taking our wine list to the next level, curating a selection of international labels from both the Old and New Worlds.

But our place is more than just its kitchen and wine cellar. Every corner has a story to tell. The structure, furniture, tables, and decor were handcrafted by our family—especially by Fabián and Mariano, Franco’s father and uncle—with the intention of creating a space with soul, where every detail reflects our love for hospitality and tradition.
