This Barbaresco represents a classic approach, where the key is not power, but precision.

Nebbiolo, cultivated in calcareous marl soils, develops a very particular combination: high acidity, firm tannins, and enormous aromatic capacity. The west-facing exposure favors more complete ripening, providing balance without losing freshness.

Winemaking is traditional, with relatively long fermentations that extract structure and complexity. But it is the aging that defines the style: large Slavonian oak foudres, where the wine evolves slowly without being marked by the wood.

This allows the Nebbiolo to express itself with purity: flower, earth, fruit, and evolution, without makeup.
