VIEWBright golden yellow with amber reflections, denoting its liqueur character and maturity.

NOSEIntense and complex, with aromas of honey, ripe fruits such as apricot and peach, subtle floral notes, and hints of vanilla and spices from controlled fermentation and aging in vats.

MouthSweet and silky entry, with a fresh and vibrant acidity that perfectly balances the natural sweetness. It is a full-bodied wine, with a unctuous texture and a long finish where fruity and floral notes reappear, along with a subtle hint of botrytis that adds elegance.

Final: Long-lasting, persistent, and enveloping, leaving a harmonious and refreshing sensation that invites you to continue enjoying.

Tiramisu: The freshness and controlled sweetness of SICHEL wine balance the bitterness of coffee and cocoa, creating an elegant and very harmonious contrast. The wine's aromatic bouquet contributes floral notes that enrich the experience.

Dulce de Leche Panna Cotta The creaminess and sweetness of the dulce de leche are enhanced by the richness and body of the fortified wine, which provides an acidic counterpoint to prevent the dessert from being too heavy.

Brownie: The sweetness and structure of the wine perfectly complement the intensity of the chocolate, while the refreshing acidity and creaminess of the ice cream make the pairing balanced and seductive.

Carrot cake: The spiced profile and moist texture of the pie harmonize with the fruity and sweet character of the wine, offering a warm and enveloping combination that enhances both flavors.

Origin and terroir
Located about 40 km southeast of Bordeaux, between the Garonne River and the Landes forest, SICHEL vineyards are 50 years old and are situated in a landscape of diverse soils, ranging from gravel on the heights to sand on the plains, with a clay subsoil that contributes personality and character to the wine. This region has an ideal microclimate for noble rot from Botrytis, which, with the succession of foggy mornings and sunny days in September and October, concentrates sugar and develops unique aromas and flavors.

Careful and artisanal craftsmanship
The Sémillon, Sauvignon, and Muscadelle grapes are hand-harvested in several passes to select only overripe berries and ensure maximum sugar concentration. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 22°C, to preserve freshness and aromatic richness. When the wine reaches between 70 and 80 grams per liter of residual sugar, fermentation is stopped to retain its natural sweetness. Aging in vats for 10 to 12 months allows the wine to refine its texture and complexity, resulting in a golden, fine, delicate, and full-bodied dessert wine with an exceptional aromatic bouquet.

A world-class white liqueur
SICHEL is considered by many to be the number one dessert wine in the world, a liquid jewel that seduces with its balance, richness, and elegance. Perfect for those seeking a superior quality sweet wine, ideal for pairing with appetizers, desserts, or blue cheeses.
