Black Angus flank steak brioche: The mellowness of the brioche combines with ripe red fruit and delicate floral notes of Nebbiolo.

Cod Ravioli The smoky base and texture of the cod merge with the spicy and floral nuances of the wine.

In the heart of Barbaresco, Autinbej revives the ancient practice of blending Nebbiolo from the sunniest crus, just as Ernesto Grasso, Giulio's father, used to do. Born in 2014, a year that challenged the rest of Italy and crowned this small appellation with exceptional conditions, Autinbej embodies the ultimate expression of our terroir.

Our vineyards, planted between 2008 and 2009, are situated on soils of Gray marl, limestone, and sand, in east- and west-facing plots to achieve perfect harmony between freshness and ripeness. The manual harvest, carried out in early October, captures the essence of each grape cluster at its peak.

Traditional winemaking, with maceration of 9–15 days in stainless steel and controlled fermentation, gives way to aging 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, lending nobility without masking varietal purity. After an additional period of rest in the bottle, Autinbej is released into the world with its unmistakable character.
