From a vineyard of 42 years, grown in a flat container on soil argillocalcareous with an abundance of rounded stones and the presence of ferrous clay with high limestone content, at an altitude of 515 meters.
The elaboration includes a partial destemming, leaving a 20% de uva entera con raspón. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration are carried out during 15 to 20 days in small stainless steel tanks 82.4 ºF, with soft footstepsand one light daily diaper to preserve freshness and prevent oxidation. The malolactic fermentation is carried out partially in barrel.
The wine passes a 5 months aging in 500-liter French oak barrels, which adds complexity without losing the fruity expression of the Grenache.
